Jessica P—She is taking a test this morning. We pray for her to keep her mind focused on Jesus and His ability to lead her through to success. We call upon the Lord to help her recall all the knowledge needed to pass and we ask God to grant her the points needed to be successful. - Psalm 37:5 Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him, and he will act.

BreeAnne, college student—We pray to the Lord for deliverance from past actions, respect for those in authority, and direction on how to live her best life. - Matthew 7:24-24 “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock…”

The P. Family—We urge God to create employment for the head of the household, to sustain harmony in the home, and for His covering to give them security. - Psalms 122:7 - Peace be within thy walls, [and] prosperity within thy palaces.

Unemployed Family Members who are searching for jobs—We ask God to make jobs available, to grant financial relief, daily favor, and provisions so there is no lack. - My descendants will never be forsaken, or begging bread. Everyone travelling this weekend—We pray for safe travels and for God's hand to provide everything that is needed for an enjoyable journey. - Psalm 91:11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.

Law enforcement Officers—We pray they conduct themselves with the highest integrity, that they be peace-makers, that they be protected as they perform their duties, and strengthened as they go throughout the day. - Romans 13:4 (MSG) The police aren't there just to be admired in their uniforms. God also has an interest in keeping order, and he uses them to do it. Psalms 91:11 He ordered his angels to guard you wherever you go.

Christian D of Miami, FL, Wanda S's cousin—He was in a bad accident when the garbage truck he was driving caught fire. He is fighting for his life. He sustained burns to 80% of his body and is in a medically induced coma right now. We plead with God to stabilize his body, to walk with him through the recovery and rehab process and to cover him with God's healing grace. - (Isaiah 58:8 NKJV) Then your light shall break forth like the morning, your healing shall spring forth speedily, and your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.

David H, Jr.—We pray for his health issues to improve and for him to be totally healed so he can work and take care of his family. - (Psalms 6:2 NKJV) Have mercy on me, O LORD, for I am weak; O LORD, heal me, for my bones are troubled.

TJ—He is a college age adult. We pray his heart is drawn to the Lord. - Ezekiel 36:226-27 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.

We lift her, her husband and the baby for the Lord to cover them with His grace and for the baby to grow up in the fear of the Lord. - Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring.

CJ, Pam B.'s son—He will be interviewing for his first internship job with a computer software company. CJ is nervous and anxious. We pray that the Lord will bless him with peace during his interview and that all will go well for him. We also pray for him to get an offer. - 2 CORINTHIANS 1:20 NKJ For all the promises of God in (Christ) are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.

David, Sam, John, and Cherise—We lift them before God for salvation, for them to grow in wisdom, and for them to become ambassadors for Christ. - Phil 1:6 For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.

Children returning to school this week—We pray for the caring hand of God to keep our children safe, for his wisdom to rule their decisions and for their hearts and minds to be protected from the enemy. - 2 Timothy 4:18 The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed and bring me safely into his heavenly kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

For persons who are lonely and alone—We intercede for the peace of God that surpasses all understanding to give them comfort until the Lord provides a companion or contentment. - Deut. 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."

Fathers who are working away from home—We plead with God for the family unit to remain solid, for the marriage relationship to be strengthened, and for God to orchestrate this season to His glory as He works out local employment assignments. - Joel 2:23 Be glad, people of Zion, rejoice in the Lord your God, for he has given you the autumn rains because he is faithful. He sends you abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before.

Our Children, Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews—We pray God pours out His spirit upon our descendants and blessings upon our offspring. - God will pour His Spirit on my de-scendants, and His blessing on my offspring. (Isaiah 44:3)

Everyone on the call this morning—We pray you are favored by God in all you do today, that you draw encouragement from all the times God delivered you, and that you have a day of rest and peace. Milton—We lift him for deliverance from drugs, for him to get a full-time job and for the lying spirit to be destroyed. - Acts 5:16 The people also gathered from the towns around Jerusalem, bringing the sick and those afflicted with unclean spirits, and they were all healed.

PC and all those looking for work—We ask God to shower them with favor, and to impart creativity, courage, and wisdom as they interview. We also ask God to continue to create jobs for those who are seeking work. - Jeremiah 31:25 - For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.

Single Mothers—We pray single mothers not grow weary, to depend on God for guidance, to make wise decisions, and for all their spiritual, housing and financial needs to be met. - 1 Peter 5:7 - Casting all your care upon him; for He careth for you.

Irresponsible Adult Children—We pray God grants them spiritual wisdom to step up to their responsibilities, that He enlightens their minds, and instills in them a sense of self-help. - Daniel 2:21 He changes times and seasons; he deposes kings and raises up others. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.

Those searching for an apartment or home—We pray that God will open up the door for an apartment or home that is affordable, safe and God sent.  We also pray for His direction, His provision, and for His voice to be made clear in every decision. - Psalms 122:7 - Peace be within thy walls, [and] prosperity within thy palaces.

Wendy of New York—She had a stroke two days ago and is in the hospital in Australia. She lost some feeling in her right side.  We pray for her recovery and for her to be able to travel back to the states and get follow-up care. We also pray strength for her daughter. - Luke 8:48 Jesus said, "Daughter, you took a risk trusting me, and now you're healed and whole. Live well, live blessed!"

Dub—We lift Him before the Lord for his heart to stabilize, for the right doctor to be identified, for renewed energy and for total restoral of his health.

Tracy G—He is hospitalized at Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. We ask the Lord to raise him off his sick bed and make him whole again. - Psalm 107:19–20 (NLT) “Lord, help!” they cried in their trouble, and He saved them from their distress. He sent out His word and healed them, snatching them from the door of death.

Those in dead end relationships—We pray for divine revelation on the reality of the situation and for the courage and inner drive to make changes. - My days have passed, my plans are shattered, and so are the desires of my heart. Job 17:11

Parents of strong willed children—We pray God grants parents the wisdom to effectively guide their strong-willed children and for God to re-focus their actions to productive activities. - 2 Corin. 10:5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. Those struggling with situations in their homes and with their family members—We pray for God to relieve the stress in homes, to change things for the better and for Him to instill contentment in hearts and minds. - Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings. (Psalm 61:1-4)

Generational Curses—We plead the blood of Jesus over all generational curses in our families. We petition God for all strongholds to be destroyed and for the spirit of God to rest upon those who are being held captive by all manner of vices. - Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring.

Everyone on the call this morning—We pray the Lord will keep you from evil, for you to have a day filled with His peace, and for God's love to be spread to others through you. - Psalm 121:7-8   The LORD will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. The LORD will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.

Kia—She was hospitalized. She gave birth to a baby girl yesterday four weeks early. We thank God Mother, daughter and husband, Celo are fine and will be going home soon. - Luke 2:52 And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.

Rev. Owens—We lift him for total healing and ask God to keep his wife strong. - Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Mrs. Hunter—Her brother in Jacksonville, FL passed away. We pray for the Lord to cover the family with His richest compassion, with divine strength and with unity as they make funeral arrangements. - (Proverbs 4:20-22 NKJV) My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. College Students who are making bad choices and decisions contrary to God's Word—We pray for godly wisdom and spiritual discernment in making decisions and for the Lord to breath His life-changing spirit upon them. - Ephesians 1:17 I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.

Loved Ones with pacemakers—We ask God to continue to look with favor upon all those with pacemakers. We ask Him to bring peace of mind to their spirit, sustain their health, and give them the deepest assurance that God will keep them safe. and secure. - Psalms 40:2 - He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, [and] established my goings.

Loved Ones who suffer from depression—We pray they are strengthened spiritually, emotionally and physically, for God to normalize the chemistry in their bodies and for their minds to be regulated. - Lamentations 3:22-23 ESV The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.

Everyone on the call this morning—We pray you begin your day with enthusiasm and with confidence that God already knows what He is going to do about every challenge you face. TK and his family—His father-in-law is having open heart surgery and his mother-in-law is in hospice. Pastors S&CR—They leave this morning going to Nairobi and Malawi for 2 weeks.  We pray that lives will be touched, and strategic global partnerships will be forged. Nicolle—We lift her family for generational curses to be broken, for hearts to be softened and for souls to be renewed. We also pray for the Lord to turn some things around in her life. - 2 Corin 5:17 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

Loved ones who made a morally bad decision—We pray they realize God's love for them, that they experience His forgiving power, that they pick themselves up, dust themselves off, and boldly move forward in the strength of God. - 1 John 3:19-20 This is how we know that we belong to the truth and how we set our hearts at rest in his presence: 20 If our hearts condemn us, we know that God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything.

Single, Young Mothers—We ask for spiritual growth and guidance for mothers, security for them and their children, and for their supply to be furnished. - Jeremiah 17:7-8, "But blessed are those who trust in the LORD and have made the LORD their hope and confidence. They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and never stop producing fruit" (NLT).

Those in need of money to pay their bills—We pray God will continue to supply all their needs, and grant them an abundant supply as they walk in His ways. - 2 Chronicles 16:9 “The eyes of the Lord search back and forth across the whole earth, looking for people whose hearts are perfect toward him, so that he can show his great power in helping them.”

The international political climate—We pray for peace, for God's presence and for protection from the violence against innocent children and adults. - 2 Chron 7:14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

All those who have lost their way because of mental illness—We pray God quickens spirits, heals minds and gives clarity of thought and renewed reasoning ability. We also pray He protects the mentally challenged from danger and harm. - Romans 8:24-26 “In hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what is seen? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience. Shawn—We stand in agreement with Shawn as she searches for a place to move to. We pray God gives her the home that is right for her, a place that is affordable, comfortable, and one that is God's best.- Psalm 37:5 Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him, and he will act.

Expectant mothers—We petition God to guard the life within them, to make their days of waiting pleasant, and to give them healthy, spirit-filled children. - 1 Peter 1:6 Be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead!

Those working on jobs under stressful conditions—We beseech God for a peaceful and positive environment, for harmony between manager and employees, and for daily success in performing duties. - Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work at it with all of your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.

Those with court cases—We pray God covers them during every step of the legal process, for His divine guidance to be clear, and for His covering to bring victory. - Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

Mr. & Mrs. Brown—We entreat God to bless their latter days more than their first. We pray for a peaceful existence, good health, worry-free days, and for an abundance of God's best. - Job 8:7 Though your beginning was small, yet your latter end would increase abundantly.

Erika—We pray for protection from the enemy, for her to be deeply rooted in Christ, and for spiritual encouragement. - 2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.

Blended families—We ask God to protect family relationships and the family unit. Children being raised by their grandparents—We pray that the children will be loved, cared for and protected, and for God to rule in their lives. We pray they are receptive to counsel and instruction and for Jesus to become the center of each of their lives. - God will pour His Spirit on my de-scendants, and His blessing on my offspring. (Isaiah 44:3)

Those with MS—We pray for a miraculous healing and for encouragement. - Luke 8:48 Jesus said, "Daughter, you took a risk trusting me, and now you're healed and whole. Live well, live blessed!"

The family of Jean Cox—We are praying for the Lord's compassion to cover her children Darice, JoRonda and Marlin. We also pray for peace to rule as they make funeral arrangements. - Isaiah 49:10b He who has compassion on them will guide them and lead them beside springs of water.

DT—We are praying with her for the Lord to send her a buyer for a vacant parcel of land that is co-owned by a family of siblings. - Psalm 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

Loved Ones in prison—We beseech God to strengthen their hope, their resolve, and their endurance. We pray for them to be protected by the powerful hand of God and for Him to grow them stronger spiritually. - 1 Corinthians 9:24 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? So run that you may obtain it.

Those recently released from prison—We pray God's favor on them and we ask Him to guide them on their next steps as they contemplate their future. Queen P—She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and she had an episode yesterday. We lift her before the Lord for a stable body, comfort and protection. We also lift her daughter for encouragement because she is having a very hard time with this financially, mentally and emotionally.  

Konnie F—She is lonely. We ask God to help her develop her relationship with Jesus and join a local church. We call upon God to envelop her in His comforting love and restore a sense of purpose to her life. - Psalm 25:16-17 Turn to me and be gracious to me, For I am lonely and afflicted. The troubles of my heart are enlarged; Bring me bout of my distresses.

Malia C—She is getting married in February 2019. We are praying for a happy and Christ centered marriage. - Psalm 32: 8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.

Nick P—He is getting married in October 2018. We are praying for him and his new bride to get saved, filled with the Holy Spirit and to have a happy God centered marriage. - III John 1:2 says: “Beloved I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”

Latashi—We ask God to go before her as she works to finish her Master's Degree. We pray for success. - 1 Peter 5:7 - Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Caprese—She started a new job. It is commission based and she needs success with the Senior community for selling Final Expense Insurance. We pray that she will have success. - 2 Chronicles 26:5 - And he sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God: and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him to prosper.

Karen P—She broke her hip and she continues to deteriorate. We plead with God to reverse the situation and grant her total healing. - Jeremiah 30:17, ESV For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord.

Nadesh—She has lupus. We pray for her to be strengthened daily, for her health to progress and for divine healing. - Psalm 30:2 “Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me.”

Angie—Her husband passed away unexpectedly at 65 years old last year. We uphold her in prayer for strength, for clarity of thought, and for God's deepest compassion. We pray her heart overflows with good memories, her mind is at peace, and her spirit is at rest. - Deut 4:29 But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul.

Mrs. Taylor and Our Sr. Adults—We entreat God for guardian angels to surround them with His presence, to protect them from falls, and to shield them from fraud. We ask Him to bless their latter days in a greater abundance than their former days, and for them to live a life of purpose, substance and ease. -  Job 8:7 Though your beginning was small, Yet your latter end would increase abundantly.

Our descendants—We ask God to pour out His spirit on our descendants and bless them with wisdom, knowledge and self-control. - Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring.

Those with Undiagnosed Medical Conditions—We pray for a proper diagnosis, an effective treatment and for total healing of bodies in the name of Jesus. - (Isaiah 58:8 NKJV) Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.

Our Veterans—We pray God keeps them strong spiritually, mentally, psychologically and physically and for Him to endow them with all the veteran services available to suit their needs. We also pray them want for nothing and for God to keep them in His protective care.

Those with doctor or therapy appointments this week—We ask God to ease minds about the outcome, to order the actions of the medical team, and to grant good doctor reports. - Exodus 33:14 My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.

Caregivers—We lift them up before God for renewed strength, for them to go about their duties with a song in their hearts, and for them to be uplifted by the mighty hand of God. - 1 Timothy 1: 12 12 I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me strength, that he considered me trustworthy, appointing me to his service.

He sent out His word and healed them, snatching them from the door of death.

Ciera—We pray that she gets herself together and steps up to her motherly responsibilities. We ask for the children to be provided for spiritually, emotionally and financially. - Romans 15:5 May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had.

Matt—We pray for the Lord to cover him during every step he takes today. We ask for divine guidance and a clear path. - James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.

Those faced with a life-changing decision—We pray for God to impart His divine wisdom into hearts and minds, to increase understanding, and to make the right solution clear. - Psalm 32:8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go, I will counsel you and watch over you.

Those who desire greater kingdom responsibility—We pray for your territory to be enlarged, for God to keep His hand upon you, and to surround you with His guiding light. - 1 Chron 4:10 10 Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted his request.

Betty T—She is putting in for a grade 11 promotion on her job. Her manager said that the selection of the promotion is up to their territory manager, Debbie and she has no say in it anymore. We pray God touches the heart of her territory manager and she selects Betty to receive the grade 11 promotion. - Psalm 37:4 Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Kniaka B—She has been diagnosed with three brain tumors. We ask God to lead the doctors to the best course of action, for successful treatment and for the full restoral of her health. - (Psalms 30:2 NKJV) O LORD my God, I cried out to You, And You healed me.

Joe A—After experiencing a stroke and high blood pressure over 500, Joe ended up in the hospital. We ask for restored health, obedience to the care plan and trust in the Lord by Joe. - (Jeremiah 17:14 NKJV) Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; Save me, and I shall be saved, For You are my praise.

Barbara M and Karen J—They both are widows. While their husbands were both Christians, these ladies are working through the pain and emptiness of no longer having a spouse. We keep them lifted for their pain to be soothed and for them to rest in the loving arms of Jesus. - Jeremiah 31:25 - For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.

Willie, Shirley, Elijah and Leilani—We call upon God to cover them with His travelling grace and mercy and they go to and from their destination. - Psalm 4:8 - In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, O LORD, will keep me safe.

Caregivers—We ask God to give them peace and strength as they spend hours tending to the needs of others. We pray the Lord keeps their hearts and minds clear of the clutter in the world today. - Psalm 51:12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.

Ricky C—He has been battling cancer for the last two years. We cry out to God for his health to be restored 100%. We also lift his wife, his two sons and his family for encouragement and for spiritual strength. - 3 John 1:2 I prosper and am in health even as my soul prospers.

Aaron H—He was tearing down a house and it fell on him. We intercede for him to fully recover and for there to be no permanent damage. - Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Charneise’s mother—We are praying for the right match of client to attorney and for victory to prevail. - Isaiah 58:11 And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

Ken K—He has fluid around his heart and diabetic complications. We call upon the Lord to stabilize his body and nurture him back to good health. We also pray for his hope to be strengthened. - Ex 15:26 I am the Lord that healeth thee.

Don J. and all those who are depressed—We pray they continue to take their medication as prescribed. We also pray the stronghold of depression is broken and for joy, peace and zest for life to be restored.  - Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. - Psalm 118:17 I shall not die, but I shall live, and recount the deeds of the Lord.

Sam and all those in need of salvation—We pray for salvation and deliverance from old habits. - 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. - John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

Those undergoing cancer treatment therapy—We plead with God for total healing, for spiritual strength, and for restful days filled with joy. - James 5:13-15 Are you hurting? Pray. Do you feel great? Sing. Are you sick? Call the church leaders together to pray and anoint you with oil in the name of the Master. Believing-prayer will heal you, and Jesus will put you on your feet. And if you’ve sinned, you’ll be forgiven—healed inside and out.

Our Offspring and Extended Family—We pray for them to continue to grow in the things of God and for them to be a positive influence on their peers. - 2 Samuel 22:20 When hard pressed, I cried to the LORD; he brought me into a spacious place.

Everyone on the call this morning—We pray you have a day free of aggravation by those around you, free of frustration from repetitive issues, and free of worry and concern. - Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. Those looking for housing—We pray provisions are made for safe housing and for the basic necessities of life. - Psalm 34:17-20 When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken.

Those involved in legal action—We call upon the Lord for mercy to be given in abundance and for His favor to rest upon those involved in fights for justice.  - Isaiah 54:17 – “But in that coming day, no weapon turned against you shall succeed, and you will have justice against every courtroom lie. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord. This is the blessing I have given you, says the Lord.” (TLB)

Young adults who are contemplating marriage—We pray God reveals the hearts and motives of potential spouses and that He grants discernment and godly wisdom. - Matthew 7:24-24 “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock…”

Those burdened by the demands of work—We pray chaotic work places are not hectic, but settled, and for God to calm minds and encourage spirits. - From the end of the earth I will cry to You, when my heart is overwhelmed; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I. Psalm 61:2

Those with anger management issues—We lift them to be released from the stronghold Satan has on them, for God to create in them a clean heart and a right spirit, and for destroyed relationships to be mended. - Proverbs 13:10 Where there is strife, there is pride, but wisdom is found in those who take advice.

Our incarcerated family members—We pray for them to make it through the justice system successfully and to return to their families with a renewed commitment to go the right way. - I will hold fast the confession of God's Word without wavering, for He Who promised is faithful. (Hebrews 10:23; 4:14)

Blended families—We pray for God to continue to work in homes, to set things in order, and to get and keep family members on one accord. - The Lord my God will circumcise my heart and the heart of my descendants, to love the Lord God with all our hearts and with all our souls, that we may live. (Deuteronomy 30:6)

Everyone on the call this morning—We pray you have a Christ-directed day filled with favor and peace of mind. - 2 Thess. 2:16-17 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us eternal comfort and good hope by grace, comfort and strengthen your hearts in every good work and word.

Rosie—We pray for her anxiety about being around people to be corrected and for her to excel in her chosen career. - Psalms 40:2 - He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, [and] established my goings.

Frank—We pray for good health, healthy finances, vibrant relationships, success at work, peace of mind and deliverance from strongholds. - Psalm 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Pastors—We thank God for keeping his eyes upon our Pastors, church leaders and church. We ask for God's ears to be attentive to their prayers, and for His face to be against those who plot evil against them. - 1 Peter 3:12 For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”

Misdirected adult children—We also ask the Lord to prepare their hearts to receive wise guidance. And, we pray God grants you wisdom, the right time, and the right words to deal with them in a Christ-directed, compassionate way. - James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.

Those diagnosed with Parkinson's disease—We pray for their bodies, their souls, and their spirits to be revived. We ask God to lead them to a new treatment path and to innovative ways to live a long and productive life. - Isaiah 40:29 He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.

Our Unsaved Loved Ones—We petition God for a new birth, a new heart, a new mind, a right spirit, and new actions. - Ezekiel 36:26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.

Everyone on the call—We urge God to keep you grounded in Him, to provide you with what you need, to take care of you and your family, and to grant you an opportunity to spread His love to someone else. - Ephesians 1:11 Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything work out according to his plan.

Prayers go up for his healing and for his family as they seek to help care for him. - Deuteronomy 33:12 - [And] of Benjamin he said, The beloved of the LORD shall dwell in safety by him; [and the LORD] shall cover him all the day long, and he shall dwell between his shoulders.

The family of Deacon Charles Williams, Sr.—We pray for the family's comfort and for God to keep them strong as they attend Deacon William's funeral today at NOON. - Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

Jean C—We rally around her through our prayers and are trusting God to bring about total healing within her body. - Jeremiah 46:27 - But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make [him] afraid.

Milton—We pray for God's Holy Spirit to take hold of his life, to direct his thoughts and to control his actions. DT and those under spiritual attack—We pray for God to God nullify the intent of the enemy, to shield them during the enemy's attacks, and to keep them strong during the fight. - Psalm 27:2-When the wicked came against me to eat up my flesh, My enemies and foes, They stumbled and fell. Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear.

Those looking for jobs—We request God's blessings upon job hunters to successfully get a job and for God's favor to rest upon their hands and their minds. - Luke 1:28 (IRV) ..."The Lord has given you special favor. He is with you."

Those needing to be released from strongholds—We pray for the Lord to help with self-control, for God's restraining power to rule, and for the holy Spirit to regulate their thoughts and actions. - Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name” (Psalm 86:11)

Those needing peace on their jobs—We ask God for stillness and patience and the wisdom to know when to speak-up. - 37:7 - Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.

Those in Jail and Prison—We continue to pray for family and extended family members who are incarcerated. We ask God to reveal His power to deliver and restore them. We ask Him to prick hearts, regulate minds and keep our loved ones safe. - Isaiah 61:7, ESV Instead of your shame there shall be a double portion; instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their lot; therefore in their land they shall possess a double portion; they shall have everlasting joy.

Minister P—She is in the hospital due to her kidneys. We pray for total healing, for there to be no unseen damage to her body and for her to be able to return to her daily routine quickly. -  Luke 8:50 But Jesus on hearing this answered him, “Do not fear; only believe, and she will be well.”

Lynne J—She had a routine colonoscopy and a mass was found. She has to have surgery. We pray God guides the minds of the doctors and directs their decisions on the right course to take to correct the problem. We ask for a successful outcome and total healing for Lynne. -(Psalms 6:2 NKJV) Have mercy on me, O LORD, for I am weak; O LORD, heal me, for my bones are troubled.

J.C.P. and R.P., brothers—We thank God for the work He is doing in their lives. We thank Him for the progress they are making in growing closer to God, and in taking on His ways. Those in constant pain—We ask God for divine healing, for Him to strengthen muscles and limbs to weak bodies and to give energy to those who tire easily.  - Psalm 73:26 ESV My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

Those looking for jobs—We call upon God to give you a new and better job. We ask Him to make the job search a productive process, to place favor toward you in the hearts of those who are hiring and to give you peace of mind. - Jeremiah 29:11 - ‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.' - Philippians 4:19 (NLT) 19 And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.

Those who are hospitalized—We pray healing is manifested in a miraculous way and for faith to be strengthened beyond measure. We also pray encouragement for loved ones. - (Matthew 8:16 NKJV) When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed them.

Our young adults who have mis-placed priorities—We pray God performs spiritual surgery on minds and hearts. We ask him to implant in them the desire for the things of God. - nothing more and nothing less. - Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

The Family of Deacon Charles Williams, Sr.—We pray for the Lord to cover the family with His richest compassion, with divine strength and with unity as they make funeral arrangements. - (Proverbs 4:20-22 NKJV) My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.

Alex and CeCe—We ask the Lord to grant them travelling grace and for their time away to be filled with safe, positive, lasting memories. We also ask for their home to protected and for all their travel needs to be met. - Psalm 4:8 - In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, O LORD, will keep me safe.

Those with doctor appointments today—We call upon God for clear guidance and instruction from the doctor, for medical diagnoses to be correct, for the course of action to be accurate and for outcomes to be favorable. - Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Everyone on the call this morning—We pray endurance for those in need of staying power, increased faith for those who have allowed doubt to creep into their minds and perseverance for those who are growing weary. - Psalm 40:1-3 I waited patiently for the LORD; And He inclined to me and heard my cry.  He brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay, And He set my feet upon a rock making my footsteps firm.  He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God; Many will see and fear and will trust in the LORD.
