Peggy and those who are diabetic—We ask God to continue to keep diabetes under control and to help patients remain compliant to their doctor's instructions. We are praying in agreement with her that surgery will not be necessary, and we pray for the Lord to heal her completely without invasive procedures. - Psalms 18:6 In my distress I called upon the Lord; to my God I cried for help. We ask God to heal his body and strengthen His spirit. - Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy]. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole. - Isaiah 53:4-5

Joyce of Jacksonville—We are praying for a miracle with her health. Complications from scleroderma is the main issue. She has a wound is where the old G tube was. We pray that it closes and heals quickly. She has an E.coli infection. We pray for the meds to work. We pray for her kidneys to heal. When the infection clears up she has to get stents put in them. We also pray for her body to grow strong enough for her to withstand all that is medically necessary. - Psalm 91:3 (NLT) For He will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease.
Bella, 7 months old—She is in the hospital with three viruses and a high fever. We plead with the Lord to stabilize her body, order an effective treatment and completely heal her. We also pray strength for her parents. - Exodus 23:25 “Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you.”
Aaron J—We pray for the Lord to grant him more confidence in himself and to not be afraid to display it in situations of competitiveness. Those delivering the Word today—We ask the Lord to equip them with a life changing, thought-provoking, interesting Word. Royal's Supervisor's wife—She all of a sudden became bed ridden. She needs help getting around. The doctors cannot figure out what is going on with her health. We pray for the Lord to endow the doctors with wisdom to properly diagnose her condition, for the correct treatment to be ordered and for total restoration of her health. - 3 John 1:2 I prosper and am in health even as my soul prospers.
Zuri, 9 years old—She had her tonsils and adenoids taken out yesterday. We lift her for a speedy recovery. - Ex 15:26 I am the Lord that healeth thee.
Patrick R.—We pray God guards his heart and protects his mind from the enemy. We pray for him not to get frustrated by the issues of life, but to grow in the knowledge and wisdom of Jesus Christ. - 2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.

Jerod A—He is hospitalized with low blood pressure, an infection, and has been unable to receive dialysis. Joe A—He is not recovering well from the stroke he had several months ago. Joe has loss mobility and is unable to visit his son Jerod in the hospital. We are praying for Joe to adhere to the orders of his doctors and for him to have a full and speedy recovery. - Psalm 107:20 He sends forth His word and heals them and rescues them from the pit and destruction.
John M—We pray he maintains a positive outlook as he prepares for upcoming surgery to remove cancer from his liver and other small organs. We pray for faith and strength to keep John in and at peace with his condition. Logan—He had an applicant interview with MIT yesterday at five. We pray for him to be accepted and for blessings to overflow him. - Jeremiah 33:3 Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.
The N. Family and couples struggling to meld a blended family—We supplicate God to grant them wisdom on how to blend two families, so they function cohesively as one. We also pray God encourages the parents to stand united and firm as they deal with the various problems that arise. And, we pray the children are granted a heart of cooperation and love. - Rom 15:5 Now may the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus. - The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace. Those being challenged in court—We pray God keeps them in perfect peace, that He fights for them and for things to work out in their favor. - Jeremiah 33:3 Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.
Everyone having to make a significant decision today—We pray God grants wisdom, gives His perspective, shows them exactly what to do, and gives them the courage to do it. - Proverbs 2:6, 9 For the LORD gives wisdom, and from his mouth come knowledge and understanding. Those with a recent medical diagnosis—We pray for bodies, souls, and spirits to be revived. We ask God to lead doctors to the correct and most effective treatment path and for treatments to yield no side effects. The family of the late James Talley Jr. of Louisa, VA —He passed away 6;30am on Thursday morning. He was 56. The younger cousins of James are having a hard time with his passing. James (Sonny) was such a loving people person. We all need strength to get pass this. He will be greatly missed. We pray God's comfort and His unlimited compassion as the family mourns his death. - Psalm 34:18 The LORD is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed. (NLT)

God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged. The Central American Migrant Caravan—The caravan is headed to the U.S. via Mexico to escape violence and oppression in their home countries. We lift up all those traveling with them for divine intervention. We cry out to the Lord to keep them safe. We pray that a way to be made for them to be treated with decency and compassion. We ask for a solution that reflects the love of Christ and demonstrates the best of humanity. - Zechariah 7:10 And do not oppress the widow or the orphan, the stranger or the poor; and do not devise evil in your hearts against one another.
Crystal W—She takes her state board for nursing today. We pray she passes the first time. - Jeremiah 33:3 Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.
Harriett and Will C—He lost his brother last Wednesday and she lost her sister Sunday. We lift them and their families for comfort, for needs to be met and for travelling grace.

Those needing an encounter with Christ—We urge God to reveal himself to them, convert their hearts and give them a Spirit-filled mind. We further pray for them to become ambassadors for Christ, leading their peers to salvation. - Psalm 22:27-28 From the four corners of the earth people are coming to their senses, are running back to God. Long-lost families are falling on their faces before him. God has taken charge; from now on he has the last word.
Those in the military who are on the front lines of battle—We call upon God to protect their spirits, their minds and their bodies. We pray for a safe return home and for a long and productive life. - Deuteronomy 31:8 It is the LORD who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.
Our College Students—We make an earnest appeal to God for his protection. We urge God to prick their hearts to live upright lives. We ask Him to supply their needs for food, finances and structured study. We pray for them to be divinely guided in selecting friends. - 2 Timothy 1:13-14 What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus. Guard the good deposit that was entrusted to you—guard it with the help of the Holy Spirit who lives in us.

Mother Ruth and Our Sr. Adults—We entreat God for guardian angels to surround them with His presence, to protect their health, and to shield them from fraud. We ask Him to bless their latter days in a greater abundance than their former days, and for them to live a life of purpose, substance and ease. - Job 8:7 Though your beginning was small, Yet your latter end would increase abundantly.
Chris and Our descendants—We ask God to pour out His spirit on our descendants and bless them with wisdom, knowledge and self-control. - Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring.

Children being raised by their grandparents—We pray that provisions are made for children to be cared for and protected, and for God to rule in their lives. We pray they are receptive to counsel and instruction and for Jesus to become the center of each of their lives. - God will pour His Spirit on my descendants, and His blessing on my offspring. We stand in agreement with her for the interview to go well. Hurricane Michael Victims—We continue to keep in prayer all those who are affected by flooding, rain and wind. We ask God to keep them close, to guide their actions and to lead them through the rebuilding and recovery process. We also ask for all needs to be supplied. - Romans 12:12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
Chandriel—We pray that God blesses her with a job making as much money as she is earning on the two jobs she's working right now. She can then spend more time with her family since she won't have to work every weekend. We thank God in advance for making a way for her. - Psalm 31:24 Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the LORD.

You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.

Are you sick? Call the church leaders together to pray and anoint you with oil in the name of the Master. Believing-prayer will heal you, and Jesus will put you on your feet. And if you’ve sinned, you’ll be forgiven—healed inside and out.
