Ernie-He starts his new job today. We pray he has a smooth and wonderful day and for him to find favor with his management. We also pray for the Lord to guide him and his wife as they decide what to do about their current home as they prepare to move.  - 2 Thess. 2:16-17 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us eternal comfort and good hope by grace, comfort and strengthen your hearts in every good work and word.

David-The family is experiencing a lot of health challenges. We ask the Lord to have mercy on them and make them whole spiritually and physically. - 3 John 1:2 I prosper and am in health even as my soul prospers.

Kevin-He is hospitalized with complications from diabetes. We pray for him to be made well. - Psalm 107:20 He sent His Word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

Terrelle-We pray for God's favor and protection on his life and strength for his mother. - Psalm 5:12 For it is You who blesses the righteous man, O Lord, You surround him with favor as with a shield.

Marie H.-We beseech God to grant her an additional stream of income. We ask him to make her path clear and lead her to a place of spiritual contentment and financial comfort. - John 16:24 - Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

Those who have grown weary -We pray God gives them a fresh hope, a renewed mind and an uplifted spirit. We pray He breathes into them renewed strength so they can continue down the path He has laid out for them. -  Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. Those who recently lost loved ones-We pray for them to lean on God for joy, strength, and hope as they work through the grieving process. - 1 Corinthians 15:54-57 When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.” “O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?” The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

All those having surgery today and this week-We pray God's wisdom guides the doctors and for recovery to be quick and smooth. - James 5:15 And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

Greta C W-She is in the hospital in Georgia and may have had a stroke. We are praying for total healing of her body and minimal effects from the stroke. - Isaiah 25:1 [ Praise to the Lord ] Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago.

P.A. and Our Young Adults who are floundering in life with no real purpose-We pray for a spiritual awakening and for God to convict their hearts to get their lives and their decisions in line with His Word. - Isaiah 11:2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.

GiGi C-She is having surgery on Tuesday, July 7th. We ask the Lord to control the intellect and the hands of the medical team. We also pray for total healing. - Jeremiah 30:17 For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord.

Jason J.-We pray for spiritual growth and for the discernment to lead his family in making decisions based on Biblical principles. - I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you. Psalm 32:8

He sent out His word and healed them, snatching them from the door of death.

The family of Rev. Josephus Bynum, Jr.-We pray they find comfort in God's unfailing promises and companionship in His presence as they make homegoing arrangements. - Psalm 31:9 Be gracious to me, O Lord, for I am in distress; My eye is wasted away from grief, my soul and my body also.

Leo and Luna-We call upon God to invoke His presence in their marriage and to keep them strong for the cause of Christ. - Psalm 85:12 Yea, the LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.

Eli-He is searching for an apartment. We pray for a place to open up that lines up with his budget, one that is safe and is located near his support system. - Psalms 33:20-22 Our soul waits for the LORD; he is our help and our shield. For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name.  Let your steadfast love, O LORD, be upon us, even as we hope in you.

Local and Foreign Missions-We pray God's Word will be spread, His plan will be established and for Him to provide total provision with continuous supply to those spreading the gospel.  - Psalm 85:12 Yea, the LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.

The United States of America-We pray for a revival to sweep across our nation and change the spiritual landscape for the better.  - 2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Veterans and Active Military-We petition God to give our veterans and active military personnel the desires of their hearts, to make all the services and care they need easily available, and to grant them loving families and sincere friends. - Psalms 29:11 May the LORD give strength to his people! May the LORD bless his people with peace!

Praise Report-Ernest B went home from the hospital yesterday. We thank the Lord for restoring his health and for safeguarding his wife, Carol. And, we thank you for all your prayers.

Johnny and Mary K-They both are at home with Covid. We ask the Lord for total healing. We pray strength and support for their family.  - “You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head.” Psalm 139:5 (NLT)

Vangia, Elena's mother-She is bedridden. We call upon God make her well again. - (Psalms 6:2 NKJV) Have mercy on me, O LORD, for I am weak; O LORD, heal me, for my bones are troubled.

Barbara J-We pray for her body to be made whole. - Psalm 103:3 - "Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases."

Churchman Funeral Home in Newark, NJ-It was struck by lightening causing extensive damage to the building. They lost all clothing, the dog and their furniture. We are thankful that mother and daughter were able to get out of the building. We pray for their needs to be met and for the Lord to guide the owner as the business is rebuilt. - Psalm 62:2 "Yes, he alone is my Rock, my rescuer, defense and fortress. Why then should I be tense with fear when troubles come?"

Those travelling this weekend-We pray for a safe, restful trip, for God's provision and for His protective hand to cover you as you go and come.  -  2 Thess 3:3 ESV But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.

Those transitioning from middle age to senior adults-We pray for their thinking to remain sharp and for God to grant them opportunities to share their godly wisdom with the generation coming behind them. - Hebrews 6:18 So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. (NLT)

Those who take medicine to regulate the chemistry in their bodies-We pray for them to take their medicines as prescribed, for God to permanently heal their chemical imbalance and restore their minds to good health. - Psalm 46:1-3 “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change, though the mountains shake in the heart of the sea; though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble with its tumult.”

Garyel GQ-He is in the hospital with covid-19 and fighting for his life. We pray for the virus to be destroyed and for him to be made whole. Ronald, Jay, Sam, Henry, Joe and those in need of a Savior-We pray they come to know the love of Christ and the power of His resurrection. We pray for them to willingly receive Christ as the Lord of their lives and for them to become recruitment vessels for Christ. - Hebrews 4:12 ESV For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

The United States of America-We pray for Jesus to be exalted, magnified, and glorified in His church, in our nation, and in our lives. - Gal 3:8 Let all the nations be blessed through Your people.

Our Young People and those living outside God's will-We lift them for spiritual wisdom, revelation knowledge and a life dedicated to Christ. - Hosea 14:4 I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him.

Nursing students-We pray for those struggling with academics. We ask that GOD lift them up and clear their paths of obstacles, fear, anxiety and stress. - Psalm 90:17 May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us - yes, establish the work of our hands.

Pastors and Spiritual Leaders-We pray they continue to be diligent in their work for the Lord and for them to remain motivated through His power. We ask God to meet all their needs and the needs of their loved ones. - 2 Chronicles 16:9 “The eyes of the Lord search back and forth across the whole earth, looking for people whose hearts are perfect toward him, so that he can show his great power in helping them.”

Caregivers-We pray for God's continued protection, peace, and contentment. We ask the Lord to keep them in His favor as they carry out their duties. We also pray God makes a way for them to have a high quality of life with their families. - Psalm 91:11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.

Everyone on the call this morning-We pray God showers you with spiritual abundance, inner peace and financial comfort. - Hebrews 6:17-19 Because God wanted to make the unchanging nature of his purpose very clear to the heirs of what was promised, he confirmed it with an oath. God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged. We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.

Nina-We pray that the Lord will lead her and guide her and for her to draw closer to Him. - Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and He will make your paths straight.

Sabrina-We pray she be covered by God Amazing Grace. - Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Church Leadership-We ask God to direct and instruct them and keep them strong as they navigate their day to day responsibilities. - Isa 60:1 “Arise, shine for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.”

All those with allergies-We pray relief, comfort, and healing for those with airborne illnesses. - Jeremiah 33:6 - Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.

Those needing financial help to save their home-We pray for a divine halt to foreclosures and for God to cut a path to bring payments current. - “He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted” (Job 5:9)

Law enforcement Officers-We pray they conduct themselves with the highest integrity, that they be peacemakers, that they be protected as they perform their duties, and strengthened as they go throughout the day. - Romans 13:4 (MSG) The police aren't there just to be admired in their uniforms. God also has an interest in keeping order, and he uses them to do it. Psalms 91:11 He ordered his angels to guard you wherever you go.

All local and long-distance truck drivers-We pray for God's continued protection and safety. We call upon Him to keep them in his favor as they carry out their duties. We also pray God makes a way for them to have a high-quality life with their families. - Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. (Philippians 4:6).

Everyone on the call this morning-We pray God enhance your spiritual wisdom, increase your spiritual discernment, boost your inner strength, and supply you with your needs for the day. - Daniel 2:21 He changes times and seasons; he deposes kings and raises up others. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.

Deacon Ernest B-He is back in the hospital. We lift him for complete healing. We also pray strength for his wife, Carol. - Psalm 59:16 But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.

Krystal H-We pray for a problem-free pregnancy and a healthy Mom and baby. We also pray for peaceful days and restful nights. - Psalms 91:11 He ordered his angels to guard you wherever you go.

Angelisse-We pray for a spiritual awakening and for God to convict her heart to get her life and her decisions in line with His Word. - Isaiah 11:2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.

Children in Foster Care-We pray that they are shown unconditional love in their day to day encounters and protected from danger. - Eph 6:12-13 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.

Those who are grieving-We ask God to soothe the pain of their loss, give them a spirit of contentment and replace their grief with His peace. - Deut. 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."

Those working through a circumstance that seems to have no end-We ask God for renewed strength, a lively hope, and patience in affliction. - Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. –Romans 12:12
