Curtis C-We pray he gets a good job, for him to be self-sufficient financially, and for God to cover him with His protective hand. – Ecclesiastes 9:10 – Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do [it] with thy might; for [there is] no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.
Those facing a situation that appears hopeless-We pray God shows you how to trust Him and grant you the spiritual discernment to know when to stand still and when to move forward. – Jeremiah 32:27 “I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?”
Those struggling with doubt-We pray God replaces your doubt and fear with confidence in His Word and boldness to make decisions based on His promises. – Hebrews 6:19 We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.
Those facing a major decision-We pray that God gives you the insight needed, the wisdom to know what steps to take, and that He settles your spirit. – Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6
Those who are concerned about the outcome of their health issues-We ask God to show you how to give your concern to Him, for Him to give you peace of mind, and total healing. – Psalm 4:8 – In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, O LORD, will keep me safe.
Drug Addicts-We ask God to express His love in ways for it to be received, for Him to remove the desire for drugs, put people on the path to permanent recovery, and replace old influential friends with new God-fearing people. – Psalm 107:20 He sent His Word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
Everyone on the call this morning-We pray God gives you a day of rest and peace and that you do not feel rushed as you go about your daily tasks and errands. We pray you move at a pace that is intentional, for you to accomplish all you set out to do today, and for God to keep his hand upon you. – Numbers 6:25-26 The Lord make His face shine on you, And be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance on you, And give you peace.’
