“He Will Supply”

By Dianne Prince

“And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19 (NIV)

Today’s Scripture is a powerful promise for anyone carrying a heavy burden. Maybe your situation involves someone whose choices concern you, or perhaps you face a physical or material need. It could even be the struggle of believing that God will fulfill what He has promised.

This verse reminds us that God’s resources are limitless. If we need it, He has it—and there is no limit to how often He will provide. He has an abundant supply of faith, an endless well of joy and peace, and access to every physical or material thing we could need in any given day.

Through this passage, Paul teaches us not to place limits on God. Whatever your need, it is not greater than God. Whatever your trial, it is not more powerful than He is. However long your struggle has lasted, it is not too difficult for God to resolve.

Today, talk to God about your biggest need. Be honest about what you hope He will do. What He does may not look like what you expect—but trust Him. He knows exactly what He’s doing. His timing may not match yours, but He is never late. He is in control of every delay, and help is on the way.

Be encouraged: God holds everything you need in His hands. He will release it exactly when you need it. If He has not supplied it yet, trust that you do not need it yet.
