Unstoppable Plans

By Dianne Prince

“The Lord of Heaven’s Armies has spoken—who can change his plans? When his hand is raised, who can stop him?” (Isaiah 14:27, NLT)?

Isaiah delivered this word during a time of global unrest. Assyria was the superpower—ruthless, feared, and seemingly unstoppable. Nations trembled, and Israel looked doomed. But God, through Isaiah, made a bold declaration: “I have purposed something, and no one—no army, no empire—can cancel it.”

We face modern-day “Assyrias,” do we not? A denied job, a shattered relationship, a legal battle, or a medical report that threatens our peace. It is easy to think God’s plan is delayed—or worse, discarded.

But God’s purpose is never at the mercy of man’s power.

That dream He planted? It is still alive. That calling? Still valid. God does not need perfect conditions to move—He just needs your faith.

Think of Tyler Perry, once homeless, now a media mogul who credits his success to God’s hand. Or the single mother who was told she would never succeed—but trusted God, went back to school, and now owns her own business. What God purposes, He provides for—and protects.

So do not let fear define your destiny. God’s hand is stretched out over your life, and it is not weak—it is mighty, unwavering, intentional.

Even when things seem out of control, heaven’s agenda is still intact. His purpose for you does not expire. It is unfolding exactly as it should. Trust Him.

Whatever you are facing today, know this: God’s plan for your life is not just unshaken—it is unstoppable.
