“The God Who Fights For You”
By Dianne Prince
“The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” – Exodus 14:14 (NKJV)
When life places us in impossible situations, God often chooses those very moments to reveal His power. He does not always prevent the crisis, but He never leaves us in it alone. He steps in, not weakly, but with might and authority.
The Red Sea did not part until the Israelites were trapped. Peter was chained in prison when an angel awakened him and led him out. These moments remind us that God’s power shows up precisely when human strength runs out.
Today, He still intervenes. A person stranded on the roadside is helped by a stranger who “just happened” to be passing by. A desperate financial need is met through an unexpected refund or a timely gift. A child’s fever breaks moments after a whispered prayer. These are not coincidences. They are God’s fingerprints.
You may not always see how He will act, but you can be sure that He will. When you have done all you can, stand still. Wait. Watch. God steps in, not to assist your plans, but to accomplish His. And when He does, the outcome will bear His unmistakable signature.
