“Through It All”

By Dianne Prince

“But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel: ‘Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.’” —Isaiah 43:1–2 (NKJV)

Life’s struggles are not a matter of if but when. Deep waters of loss, rivers of difficulty, and fires of oppression are part of our journey. Yet God does not leave us to face them alone. He reminds us that He is the One who created us, redeemed us, and called us by name. We belong to Him.

The waters may rise, but they will not sweep us away. The rivers may rush, but they will not overwhelm us. The fires may burn hot, but they will not consume us. Why? Because the Lord Himself walks with us through it all. His presence is our shield, His power our deliverance, His love our anchor.

Whatever you are walking through today, take courage. Walk upright. Stay the course. Why? Because the storm will not destroy you. The fire will not define you. God Himself will bring you through, stronger, wiser, and standing in victory.

The waters cannot drown you, the fire cannot consume you, because the God who redeemed you will always bring you through.
