Held Together

“And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.” — Colossians 1:17 (NKJV)
There is never a moment when God loses track of you. He is not overwhelmed by the details of your life or distracted by the needs of the world. The same God who holds the universe in perfect order holds every part of your life together with the same care and precision. He sees the pressures you face, the deadlines, the relationships, the prayers that remain unanswered, and the concerns that weigh on your heart.
When you try to manage it all yourself, the load becomes heavy and your mind becomes restless. But when you remember that Christ sustains everything—including you—you can rest. He already knows what needs attention, what must wait, and how every detail will align for your good.
From a practical standpoint, this means pausing before reacting, breathing before worrying, and trusting before planning. It means saying, “Lord, You are holding this,” and truly letting Him.
The world may feel chaotic, but in Him there is perfect order. The same power that keeps the stars in place is keeping you steady today.
You do not have to hold everything together—because the One who holds all things has never let a single thing slip from His hands.
