The lady who is having an ultrasound on her breast this week-We are asking for God’s favor and for negative results. – John 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
The family of Devon of Port St. Lucie -We are praying for the family to be covered by the compassionate hand of God as they prepare for the homegoing service this weekend. – Psalm 34:18 The LORD is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed. (NLT)
The workers who need their management practices to change -We ask the Lord to remove the stress and unfairness of the phone audits required by management and surround every employee with God’s peace and favor. We pray for the situation to turn around for their good and for every form of micro-management to be silenced. – Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. (2 Thessalonians 3:16)
Families-We pray for gratitude to reign throughout the family unit, for individual family members to display the love of Christ to one another and for them to work through any barriers that are separating them. – 1 Corin 16:13-14 Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love.
Kids who are not having good thoughts-We ask the Lord to transform their thinking, help them meditate on lovely, pure and excellent things and give them soundness of mind. – “I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.” Ephesians 3:16-17a
Our young adults -We pray for favor and success upon all those who are looking for jobs and career advancement. – Psalm 16:8 I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
Those parents who are burdened by the lifestyle of their adult children -We pray God shows you how to let it go through prayer, submit the situation to Jesus and trust Him to work it out. – 2 Thessalonians 3:5, “May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and Christ’s perseverance.” (NIV)
Everyone on the call today-We pray for the Lord to keep you strong so you may strengthen others. We pray he helps you to be a witness to His power and His love and a bright light of hope to all those you come in contact with. – “You gave a wide place for my steps under me, and my feet did not slip” (Psalm 18:36, ESV)
