Derrick and Samantha-We pray for a closer walk with Christ, increased knowledge of His Word and that God will meet all their family’s needs. – Ephesians 1:17-18 [Pray] that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.

Our children and grandchildren-We ask God to pour out His spirit upon them, grant them spiritual wisdom and revelation knowledge, and for them to be divinely protected. – Ephesians 1:17-18 [Pray] that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. Those hosting families for Christmas Eve and Christmas day-We petition God for an atmosphere of love, a time of peace and for a joy filled day. We further ask for unified fellowship, for lasting memories to be made and for everyone to be on their best behavior. – 1 John 3:18, “Dear children, let’s not merely say that we love each other; let us show the truth by our actions.” (NLT)

All those on the call who are remembering their deceased loved ones today-We ask God to cover you  with His compassion, strengthen you in those areas where you are weak, and replace your sadness with joy. – Psalm 31:9 Be gracious to me, O Lord, for I am in distress; My eye is wasted away from grief, my soul and my body also.

Our Neighborhoods-We lift up our communities for safety, especially during this holiday season. – Psalm 4:8 – In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, O LORD, will keep me safe.

Those in the justice system-We pray for family and extended family members who are in the justice system. We ask God to enlighten their knowledge of Him, reveal His power to restore, prick their hearts, regulate their minds and keep them safe. We also pray slates are wiped clean, opportunities to start afresh be granted, and for them to walk-out the oracles of God in their daily lives. – Isaiah 61:7, ESV Instead of your shame there shall be a double portion; instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their lot; therefore in their land they shall possess a double portion; they shall have everlasting joy.

Everyone on the call-During your moments of difficulty today, we pray for you to reflect on all the times God has been faithful to you and for your faith to remain strong. – Psalm 90:17 May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us – yes, establish the work of our hands.
