Milton-We pray for his resolve to be strengthened, for the demon of drugs to be destroyed and for him to be set free in Jesus. – Psalm 91:3 (NLT) For He will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease.

Darian, young adult-We pray the Lord covers his heart, mind and actions and gives him the direction he needs to live a productive life. – Proverbs 2:6, 9 For the LORD gives wisdom, and from his mouth come knowledge and understanding. Then you will understand what is right and just and fair—every good path.

Married Adults-We call upon God for stable marriages and for home environments that have Christ as the core. – 1 Peter 3:8 Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble.

Those who are depressed-We ask the Lord to destroy the spirit of suicide, depression and mental illness. – 2 Corinthians 4:7, “We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.” (NLT)

Those seeking divine guidance in making a life-changing decision-We ask God for a discerning ear to hear His voice and for Him to make the right decision clear. – James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.

Unspoken Requests-We ask God to supply spiritual as well as material blessings today. We pray for a day of divine peace. – Psalm 85:12 Yea, the LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.

Everyone on the call this morning-We pray you keep your eyes on Jesus, your mind on His Word, and for you to be an agent of peace and a voice of reason today. – Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed – he could put up with anything along the way: cross, shame, whatever. And now he’s there, in the place of honor, right alongside God. (Hebrews 12:2 MSG)
