Wendell N -He had a heart attack during his surgical procedure. We pray for him to be healed. – (Matthew 14:14 NKJV) And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick.
The lady preparing to have surgery-We lift her to the Lord and ask Him to surround her with peace, wisdom, and guidance as she consults with her doctor today. We pray for the Lord to prepare the way for a successful surgery and a calm, trusting heart. – By My stripes you were healed. (I Peter 2:24)
Ian, high schooler-We lift him to be a leader among his peers, to always stand for what is right, to be kept safe, and for favor with his studies. – Psalm 90:17 May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us – yes, establish the work of our hands.
Hannah, college student-We pray God guards her heart and protects her mind from the enemy. We also pray for her to grow in the knowledge and wisdom of Jesus Christ. – 2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.
Active military loved ones-We ask the Lord to watch over them, keep them safe and help them reach their goals. – Prov 30:5 ESV Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.
Babies, children, men and women and all those in wicked situations-We pray for the Lord, wrap His protecting arms around all those who are trafficked, abused, or mistreated, bring them safety, healing, justice, and freedom. – (Proverbs 4:20-22 NKJV) My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.
Young People with suicidal thoughts-We pray for the enemy to release control of their thoughts, their words and their actions. We also pray for renewed hope, and for them to approach today expecting good things.- Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6
All those with overdue loans-We call upon the Lord to provide the resources to bring payments current and keep them paid on time. We also pray for loans to be forgiven. (Titus 2:11-13) – “Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name” (Psalm 86:11)
Everyone on the call this morning-We pray God grants you a sense of calmness and peace and for the decisions you make to be God directed. We ask Him to lead you, supply your needs, and cover you as you go about your day. – Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. (2 Thessalonians 3:16)
