Troy of South Florida-He has been released from the hospital and is recovering at home. We thank God for watching over him. – Psalms 46:10 – Be still, and know that I [am] God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
Sheryl D. F.-After having surgery and experiencing a sudden setback this past Monday, the Lord restored her brain and body and put her on the road to recovery. We pray for God to surround her with peace, strength, and His healing power. – The same Spirit that raised Me from the dead now lives in you and that Spirit will quicken your mortal body (Romans 8:11).
Sy-eed-We pray for the Lord to open doors for him to get affordable insurance for his small business. – Revelation 3:8 I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.
Single Mothers-We beseech God to help them remain faithful and focused on the things of God, and to be strengthened. – Psalm 138:3, “In the day when I cried out, You answered me, and made me bold with strength in my soul.” (NKJV)
Strong-willed teenagers-We pray for God to convict their hearts, renew their minds, and refresh a right spirit within them. We also pray for their parents’ resolve to be strengthened. – The Lord my God will circumcise my heart and the heart of my descendants, to love the Lord God with all our hearts and with all our souls, that we may live. (Deuteronomy 30:6)
Those with unspoken needs-We ask God to grant peace where there is confusion, harmony where there is disunity, contentment where there is dissatisfaction, and guidance where there is uncertainty. – Isaiah 49:10b He who has compassion on them will guide them and lead them beside springs of water.
Those whose minds are manipulated by the enemy-We pray God gives them spiritual discernment and reveals His truth to them. – Psalm 143:10 Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me on level ground. (NIV)
Everyone on the call this morning-We pray for an increased commitment to personal study and prayer. We ask God to grow you deeper in His will and His ways, and for all your needs to be met. – Psalm 119:11 I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.
