Update on Juanita of Woodbine, GA-She was transferred from the local hospital to the hospital in Brunswick, GA. We continue to pray for wisdom and knowledge to be revealed to the doctors so the proper diagnosis can be made, the proper treatment prescribed and for total healing. – James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
Joseph W-We intercede for him to make the right decision about his future investments and we thank God for watching over him. – “The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him — the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the LORD.” Isaiah 11:2 (NIV)
Our offspring and extended family members-For the saved, we ask God to place a hedge around them and everything about them. For the unsaved, we pray for salvation. – John 17:15, “My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one.” (NIV)
John S-We pray for the Lord to open doors for him to be transferred to the VA facility in Tampa and for him to get the proper spinal rehab that is required to rebuild his body after a fall. We also pray for him to be completely healed by the hand of God. – (Jeremiah 30:17 NKJV) “For I will restore health to you And heal you of your wounds,” says the LORD.
Those with long-term issues from COVID-We intercede for healing from post-Covid-19 related complications. – Psalm 42:8 By day the Lord directs his love, at night his song is with me— a prayer to the God of my life.
Those in the path of the storm sweeping across the central United States-We thank God for shielding us from the winds, the rain and the floods. We ask that He restores lost power and guides those having to make repairs. We pray for God’s protecting mercy as people deal with the damage and rebuild their property. – Isaiah 4:6 And there will be a tabernacle for shade in the daytime from the heat, for a place of refuge, and for a shelter from storm and rain.
Those preaching this morning-We pray for a fresh anointing as the Word goes forth and for it to fall on ears that are alert and hearts that are receptive. We also pray for the Word to accomplish what God desires, and to achieve what He sent it to achieve. – Ephesians 6:19 Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel.
Everyone on the call this morning-We lift your unique needs to God, asking him to show you favor and to sustain you. We also pray you will sow a positive Word into someone you encounter today. – Psalm 3:5 I lay down and slept, yet I woke up in safety, for the LORD was watching over me.
