Tasha, Sabrina and Shawn-We pray that God will move in their families in a powerful way and for a continuous refilling of His Spirit in their souls and their homes. – Colossians 3:15  And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful.

Nina-We appeal to God to reveal Himself to her in a greater way, for her to grow in God’s will and His power, and for her to be empowered with a passion to move God’s kingdom forward. – John 17:17 Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.

Angelisse-We urge God to help her grow spiritually, help her forge positive relationships, and show her how to depend on the Lord for strength and how to live a joy-filled life. – Joel 2:23 Be glad, people of Zion, rejoice in the Lord your God, for he has given you the autumn rains because he is faithful. He sends you abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before.

Those traveling today-We ask the Lord to cover you with his grace and keep you safe. – Isaiah 25:1 [Praise to the Lord] Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago.

Those who are working through an unexpected health diagnosis-We ask God to come to your aid in unexpected ways and for Him to release His power and resolve your situation. We pray for your health and well being to be restored.  – 2 Chronicles 16:9 “The eyes of the Lord search back and forth across the whole earth, looking for people whose hearts are perfect toward him, so that he can show his great power in helping them.”

Alcoholics and Drug Addicts-We ask God to show them how to exercise self-control, for Him to remove the taste of alcohol and drugs from their mouth, and surround them with encouragers. – Mark 10:27 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man it is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God.”

Those preaching and teaching today-We pray for the Word to go forth with power and truth and for it to accomplish what God desires, and achieve what He sent it to do. We also pray for those serving during worship service to be filled with the Spirit of God. – Ephesians 6:19 Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel.

Everyone on the call this morning-We pray you are guided by God, for your day to be filled with His presence, and for you to gain understanding and clarity about any uncertain situation you are concerned about. – Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and He will make your paths straight.
