Alex W-He recently turned 92 years old. We pray for his physical strength to be sustained. And we ask God to look over him and help him finish life strong. – Job 8:7 (NKJV) Though your beginning was small, Yet your latter end would increase abundantly.
Our Young People preparing to go to college for the first time-We pray for God to cover them as they get ready for college, prepare them to become independent, responsible young adults, and supply all their needs. – Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Those broken emotionally-We pray that the fear of rejection and abandonment is demolished, lack of trust is dissolved, that God will heal emotional hurt, and restore joy to broken lives. – Psalm 37:3-4 Trust in the LORD and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Those with open court cases-We pray for the truth to be revealed, for decisions that are handed down to be favorable, and for concerns to be replaced with God’s assurance of His control of the situation. – Psalm 37:4 Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Those who are transitioning to the next phase of their life-We pray God continues to direct their path, give them increased purpose to serve His people, keep them strong and make their works impactful. – Psalm 71:16-19 Lord God, I will come in the power of your mighty acts, remembering your righteousness—yours alone. God, you taught me from my youth, so I am still declaring your awesome deeds. Also, when I reach old age and have gray hair, God, do not forsake me, until I have declared your power to this generation and your might to the next one. Your many righteous deeds, God, are great.
Those in need of God’s intervention in a situation-We petition the Lord to provide guidance and deliverance. 1 John 3:8 Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil.
Those working through a circumstance that seems to have no end-We ask God for renewed strength, a lively hope, and patience in affliction. – Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. –Romans 12:12
Everyone on the call-We pray for God’s presence, His power, and His peace to cover you today. – Job 10:12 You have granted me life and lovingkindness; And Your care has preserved my spirit.
