Bree, Zak and all those in need of salvation-We pray for God’s Holy Spirit to rest upon their heart, changing them into a new creature in Christ. – Acts 4:12 “And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”

KeKe and her children-We beseech God to guide her in her day to day decisions, to give her a deeper knowledge of God’s power, and to provide spiritual growth for her and her children. – I shall not labor in vain, nor bring forth children for trouble; for I am blessed of the Lord, and my offspring with me. (Isaiah 65:23)

Sonya-We pray for God to mature her thinking and guide her decisions. We also pray for her to be delivered from dependence on drugs. – “Listen for GOD’S voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he’s the one who will keep you on track.” Proverbs 3:6 (MSG)

Angelisse-We ask for divine guidance and for an extra dose of insight as she navigates each day. – Psalm 138:7  Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and your right hand delivers me.

Those whose medical treatment is no longer effective-We petition God to grant intellect to the doctors and lead them to a treatment plan that works. We ask for health, hope and strength to be restored. – Exodus 35:31-32 And he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, with intelligence, with knowledge, and with all craftsmanship, to devise artistic designs, to work in gold and silver and bronze.

Young Adults preparing to leave home for college or the military-We pray God shows favor toward them so all their needs will be met. We also pray for self-discipline, for morals to be upheld and for God to keep them safe. – For the grace of God… teaches us to say ‘No’ to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age. (Titus 2:11-13)

School age children and their parents -May the Lord shield them as they prepare to go back to school. We pray the Lord’s favor in getting school supplies and school clothes. – Psalm 115:14 (NIV) 14 May the Lord cause you to flourish, both you and your children.

Everyone on the call this morning-We pray you consult God as your counselor in every decision you make today and for God to give you clear guidance and insight that is beyond your understanding. – 1 Corin 1:25 For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than human strength.
