“Everything You Need for Today”
By Dianne Prince
“His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue.” — 2 Peter 1:3 (NKJV)
Every morning when you open your eyes, you are stepping into a day already supplied. Nothing catches God by surprise, and nothing you will face today is outside of His provision. If you did not wake up with it, you do not need it. If you do need it, your Heavenly Father has already placed it within reach. This truth anchors the heart and steadies the mind when the day feels uncertain.
God’s provision is not partial, but complete. You lack nothing essential to live the life He has called you to live. His divine power covers both your physical needs and your spiritual growth. Every resource for strength, wisdom, patience, courage, and peace flows from Him.
This should shift the way we view each day. Instead of waking up anxious about what we might not have, we rise with confidence that God has already gone ahead of us. His supply meets every demand before it even appears.
So, walk boldly into today. You are not empty-handed. You are not lacking. You are fully equipped because the One who woke you up is also the One who provides. Trust Him, and you will find that what He gives is always enough.
Remember today, if you woke up with it, it is enough. If you need it, God will provide it.”
