Deshawn of Las Vegas, 45 years old -He had emergency surgery on his heart yesterday due to 90% blockage.  He came through the 7-hour surgery well. We pray for his healing to progress as expected with no complications. His family thanks each of you for praying for him. – (Proverbs 3:7-8 NKJV) Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones.

Adam A-We pray for him to get back on track, for mental healing, for God’s protection from harm, and for an effective support system. – Psalm 103:1-4 Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name!  Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies.

New students at unfamiliar schools-We ask God to make their transitions easy, put friends of God’s choice in their path, ease their concerns, and grant them a successful school year.  – Phil 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Those with suicidal thoughts-We call upon God to destroy the self-destructive Spirit from their minds. Set them apart and grant them self-worth, purpose, staying power and self-control. – John 17:17 Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.

Confused Minds-We ask God to fix broken minds, to restore clear thinking and to regulate the ability to understand. – Isaiah 59:19 When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.

Those going to basic training in the military-We pray for their safety, success, for them to prosper and for a long, lucrative career. – Psalm 37:3-4 Trust in the LORD and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Those scheduled to take exams-We pray for them to be adequately prepared and successfully pass. – Psalm 90:17 May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us – yes, establish the work of our hands.

All those on the call this morning-We pray you consult God for personal direction and for Him to give you discernment to hear His voice clearly.  – 1 Corin 1:25 For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than human strength.
