Friendships-We pray for the Lord to bless your friendships with love, trust, and encouragement so that you may reflect your heart to one another. – A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity. — Proverbs 17:17 (NKJV)
Those who are misjudged-We ask God to lift up those who feel misunderstood, reminding them that He knows their hearts and see them fully. – O Lord, You have searched me and known me. — Psalm 139:1 (NKJV)
Those who are seeking a spouse-We pray they do not settle for second best but wait for God to send them a Holy Spirit filled, God fearing person. – Mark 10:27 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.” – Ex 15:26 I am that I am.
Newlyweds-We pray they will be lead by the Holy Spirit for direction, guidance and unity in their life together. – Psalm 16:9 In their hearts humans plan their course, but the LORD establishes their steps.
Those who do not know how to fully trust God-We pray God shows them how to release their worry to Him and how to blindly depend on Him to work out their obstacles. – 1 Peter 5:6-7 And God will exalt you in due time, if you humble yourselves under his mighty hand by casting all your cares on Him.
Those with a terminal illness diagnosis-We call upon God to give you assurance of your healing, stability in your body, and patience as the healing process successfully runs its course. – (Proverbs 4:20-22 NKJV) My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. {21} Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; {22} For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.
Those who experienced a set-back in a situation-We pray with you to keep your eyes on Jesus and remain in faith until your deliverance comes. – Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Everyone on the call this morning-We ask God to endow you with power to stay in His will and walk uprightly. We ask Him to supply companionship to those who are lonely and faith to those who are fearful. We further ask for relief to those who are struggling, guidance to those who have to make a decision, and staying power to those who are at the end of their rope. – Rom 8:32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall he not with Him also freely give us all things?
