Teresa D-We pray for the Lord to keep his hand upon her as she recovers and we ask Him to heal her body, protect her spirit, and keep her mind at peace. – Isaiah 40:29 He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.

Alonzo W-He was recently released from prison and is now living on his own. We pray for a successful re-integration into society and for him to live a life that makes a difference in his community. – Isa 40:31 but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

P A-We pray for her mental and emotional health to be regulated and for her spirit to be revived. – Psalm 103:1 Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name!

Milton -We pray for Satan’s influence over his mind to be broken, for his spiritual eyes to be open to the truth, and for his heart to turn to Christ. – Psalm 22:27-28 From the four corners of the earth people are coming to their senses, are running back to God. Long-lost families are falling on their faces before him. God has taken charge; from now on he has the last word.

Young People in ministry-We pray they remain committed, empowered, excited and true to the work God has entrusted them to do. – (Colossians 4:2-4)  Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thanksgiving; praying at the same time for us as well, that God will open up to us a door for the word, so that we may speak forth the mystery of Christ, for which I have also been imprisoned; that I may make it clear in the way I ought to speak.

Those in need of rest and relief from the daily struggles of life-We pray for rest from struggles and relief from shortages. – Proverbs 3:25 No need to panic over alarms or surprises, or predictions that doomsday is just around the corner, 26 Because God will be right there with you; he’ll keep you safe and sound.

Those needing a job -We pray for doors to open for employment and for them to prosper in everything they put their hands to. – Psalm 35: 27 “Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favor my righteous cause:  yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.”

Everyone on the call this morning-We pray God favors you with a peaceful mind, a body that functions the way He designed it to function, and communion and fellowship with Him all day. – “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint” (Isaiah 40:29-31).
