Priscilla-We pray for her to stand strong on the Word of God and remain prayerful and hopeful. – Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand (Ephesians 6:13).
Those making plans to get married-We pray for them to make a lifelong commitment to follow God and care for each other as they walk into their next phase with confidence and faith. – Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.
Those struggling in their relationship-We pray God restores strained relationships to a new and fresh state. We ask for love to rule in interactions with one another. – Joel 2:25-26 I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you. “You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you. And my people shall never again be put to shame.
Those with upcoming State Board Exams-We pray for the Holy Spirit to guide them through what to study and instill in them all the knowledge they need to pass the exam. We also ask God to keep them focused and at peace. – Matthew 17:20 If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
All those traveling today and this weekend-We ask God to protect you during your trip, overflow you with an abundance of resources, and guide you along the way. – Psalm 139:9-10 If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me; your right hand will hold me.
Those who are not feeling their best-We ask the Lord to restore your body, transform your mind and renew your spirit. – Psalm 107:20 He sent His Word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
The lady who needs to hear from God-We pray for you to remain steadfast, for your faith to increase, and for you to clearly hear God’s voice as He navigates your actions today. – Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. (Hebrews 10:23 NIV).
Everyone on the call this morning-We pray you have a stress-free day filled with the wonder of God’s presence, the gift of His grace, and the mercy to cover everything you encounter today. – Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings. (Psalm 61:1-4)
