“God Has a Plan to Get You Through”

“Then Joshua spoke to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel: ‘Sun, stand still over Gibeon; and Moon, in the Valley of Aijalon.’ So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the people had revenge upon their enemies.” — Joshua 10:12–13 (NKJV)
The battle before Joshua was fierce. The odds were stacked high, and time itself seemed to work against him. Yet in that critical moment, Joshua did something extraordinary—he asked God to make the sun stand still. It was a prayer that defied logic, yet it was rooted in absolute faith that God had a plan to see His people through.
God responded. Time paused. Victory came. This was not only a miracle of nature but a message for us today: when you walk in obedience and trust, God will move heaven and earth to fulfill His promise to you.
When life feels like it is closing in on you and the hours feel too short, remember that the same God who held the sun in place is working behind the scenes for you. He has a plan to get you through. His plan may not always unfold as you expect, but it is always perfect in timing and outcome. He is never late and His power will carry you through every challenge you face.
