Curtis C, young adult-He writes, “Please pray that God softens any anger or resentment that remains in my mind and inclines my heart toward peace, wisdom, forgiveness, and victory. Pray that He continues to order my steps, strengthen my faith, and open the right doors so I may continue in business, serve others with integrity, and truly enjoy the life He has given me. Thank you for standing with me in prayer. God bless.” – 1 John 3:20 for whenever our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and he knows everything.

Those with unhealthy domestic environments-We ask the Lord to bring healing, protection, and stability to people facing unhealthy situations at home. Surround them with support, guide their hearts, and guide them toward peace and wholeness. – He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. — Psalm 147:3

Caprese-We pray for the pain to be relieved in her lower back and for her to be totally healed. – Psalm 34:10 those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.

Those with upcoming mammograms and medical tests-We pray for results to be negative and bodies to be healthy. – Psalm 91:3 For He will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease.

Those living with mental illness-We lift them up to God to steady their emotions, illuminate their minds, and uplift their spirits. We ask Him to guide them in the right way. – Deut 31:8 “The LORD is the one who goes ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”

Those getting ready for school  -As students, teachers, staff, and families prepare for a new school year, we pray for the Lord to grant them wisdom, order, protection, and a heart that seeks God in all they do. – Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. — Proverbs 3:5–6 (NKJV)

Teachers and Administrators with new work assignments-We intercede for them to have a successful year and be blessed with an environment where teaching and learning can take place. – Psalm 138:8a: “The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O LORD, endures forever.” (ESV)

Florida and Other Hurricane prone Areas-We pray for the Lord to have mercy on the residents as the hurricane season progresses. – We pray for God to cover them with wisdom, with insight and with God’s grace. 2 Peter 1:2

Everyone on the call this morning-We ask God to infuse joy in your environment, stability in your finances, good health in your body and strength in your mind. – Colossians 1:9 For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives. NIV
