Young Laborers for Christ-We pray God prepares and calls young men and women to His service who are committed and faithful. – “Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed – he could put up with anything along the way: cross, shame, whatever. And now he’s there, in the place of honor, right alongside God.” (Hebrews 12:2 MSG)

Our imprisoned relatives-We pray for them to draw on Jesus for strength and direction. We also pray God reveals Himself to them in a deeper way as He covers them each day. – Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

Those with medical conditions that are not responding to treatment-We pray God directs the hands and the intellect of the doctors, for the source of the problem to be accurately diagnosed, for proper treatment, and for total healing. – Romans 8:11 If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.

Divided Families and Homes-We ask God to show family members how to put aside differences and find common ground and to lay aside divisions and move forward under the direction of God. We call for love to rule and for unity to abound. – Psalms 18:6 In my distress I called upon the Lord; to my God I cried for help. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry to him reached his ears.

Those who no longer attend church-We pray for a massive return to the fellowship of God’s people, for hearts to be open to church again, and for restoration of church relationships.  – Psalm 51:12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit.
