Malik, young adult-We pray the Lord leads him to his next steps in ministry as he strives to influence the lives of his peers and men across the country. We also pray for his health to be restored. – Proverbs 2:6, 9 For the LORD gives wisdom, and from his mouth come knowledge and understanding. Then you will understand what is right and just and fair—every good path.
Kendrick-We pray that his soul and spirit will be refreshed and reinforced in his quiet time with God. – You who seek God, let your hearts revive. —Psalm 69:32
Those diagnosed with an incurable disease-We are believing God to perform a miracle and give them back their health so bodies and minds function the way God created them to function. – Exodus 15:26 “And He said, ‘If you will give earnest heed to the voice of the LORD your God, and do what is right in His sight, and give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I, the LORD, am your healer’.”
Spouses who have lost their way-We pray for God to make them whole in every area and renew their hearts and their minds toward Him and their families. – Jeremiah 33:6 – Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.
Those who need a door to open for them-We pray for a door to open in your area of need. – Revelation 3:8 I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.
Those who recently lost a loved one-We ask God to strengthen and guide you as they pick up the pieces of your lives and rebuild a new normal. – Isaiah 52:12, “Go in confidence and grace — no rushing, no frantic escape. There’s no need to be anxious — the Eternal One goes before and behind you. The God of Israel paves the way with assurance and strength. He watches your back.” (The Voice)
Those with upcoming mammograms, scans and other medical tests-We pray for results to be negative and bodies to be healthy. – Psalm 91:3 For He will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease.
Everyone on the call this morning-We pray you walk by faith, that you fully trust in God’s power, and believe He is able to work in and through you to do things that seem out of reach. – “I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.” Ephesians 3:16-17a
