Little Zander J J, the grandson of Pastor B and First Lady M-He was born on August 10th. We thank God for a healthy Mom and baby. We pray for the Lord to fill Zander with an extra dose of His Holy Spirit, for him to be wise beyond his years, and for him to grow up to be a leader of integrity and godly character. – (Proverbs 3:7-8 NKJV) Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones.

Shana-We pray for her to gain strength from God’s promises and for God to keep her grounded. – Psalm 119:50 My comfort in my suffering is this: Your promise preserves my life.

Church Leadership -We ask the Lord to cover them as they manage the daily demands of their jobs and grant them discernment as they navigate according to God’s guidance. – Daniel 2:21 He changes times and seasons; he deposes kings and raises up others. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.

Couples who are at odds with one another-We pray God restores strained relationship to a new and fresh state and for love to rule communications and interactions with one another. – Joel 2:25-26 I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you. “You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you. And my people shall never again be put to shame.

Our Young Adults who need to surrender their lives to God’s control-We ask the Lord to infuse His Holy Spirit in their hearts and reveal the truth to them. We pray their souls are released by the enemy and they turn to the truth of God’s Word. We also pray parents are given the wisdom on how to help them return to the truth. – Isaiah 59:19 … When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.

Stroke Victims-We appeal to God to heal their bodies and give them back their normal body movement. – Exodus 15:26 “And He said, ‘If you will give earnest heed to the voice of the LORD your God, and do what is right in His sight, and give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I, the LORD, am your healer’.”

Those who need their strength renewed-We pray for your strength to be replenished and for peace in your soul. – The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace. (Psalm 29:11).

Law enforcement Officers-We pray they conduct themselves with integrity, that they be peace-makers, and that they be protected as they perform their duties. – Romans 13:4 (MSG) The police aren’t there just to be admired in their uniforms. God also has an interest in keeping order, and he uses them to do it. Psalms 91:11 He ordered his angels to guard you wherever you go.

Everyone on the call this morning-We call upon God to impart guidance in your spirit, hope in your soul, and surround you with His lovingkindness. We also pray you pass on to someone else the kindness of God. – We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield (Psalm 33:20 NIV)
