Derrick -We pray for his heart to continue to be healed from the loss of his sister, protection on his job, and that he and his wife will continue to work together as they raise their children. – Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength. (Nehemiah 8:10b)

Kai, Zy, Lucy and all our school-age children- We pray for them to have a good school year. – 2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.

Ms. Johnson of South FL-We pray for the Lord to work in her and through her as she prepares to teach our children. – Psalm 35:27 “Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favor my righteous cause:  yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.”

Moms in prayer at Central Florida Christian Academy -As they start up the new school year, we ask God to keep them focused, dedicated, unified and supply their needs. – “For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong on behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward Him.” Second Chronicles 16:9 (NIV)

Those with a divided mind on what to do-We ask God to make it clear on how you need to proceed. – Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6

Those preaching today-We ask the Lord to breathe a fresh anointing on them, make preaching easy and powerful and fill the message with hope and encouragement. – Matthew 10:27 What I tell you in the dark, say in the light, and what you hear whispered, proclaim on the housetops.

Worshippers of the true and living God–We pray for open hearts and spiritual ears to absorb the message being preached today. We pray they will be inspired and changed by the Word. – Psalm 119:116 Sustain me according to your promise, and I will live; do not let my hopes be dashed.

Those the doctors have given up on–We call upon God for His comfort, for His will to be done, and for families to be strengthened and led by God as they pray and support each other. – 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

Everyone on the call this morning-We ask for guidance for the day, provision and safety as needed and for the hand of God to uphold you. – “Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name” (Psalm 86:11)
