Request from Brenda D.-She writes, “Lift in prayer my sister Phyllis K. in a nursing home after a stroke from a year ago. Still unable to walk and seems to be regressing and now unable to stand. Prayers to help her as she restarts physical therapy. Prayers for her to ask God to help her and regulate her mind and memory as it seems to be failing.” – (Isaiah 58:8 NKJV) Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.
All those who are hospitalized, sick at home or in a rehab facility-We pray for the healing power of the Lord to fall upon those who are on their sick bed, restore their health and make them whole. – John 14:14 – If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do [it].
Loved ones who need their mind regulated due to a chemical imbalance but will not seek help-We pray for the Lord to reveal to them the need to seek help, open doors for treatment and make them whole. – (Isaiah 41:10, KJV) Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
Churches and individuals that are fasting-We ask the Lord to help them remain committed. We pray they grow closer to God and hear His voice clearly. We ask for strongholds to be destroyed and for divine breakthroughs to be manifested. – Job 4:10 The roaring of the lion, and the voice of the fierce lion, and the teeth of the young lions, are broken.
Eli, young adult-We ask God to grant him discernment in the selection friends and to usher him to a place of surrender. – Psalm 119:114 You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word.
Those who are headed down the wrong path-We pray for their spirits to be renewed, and their minds to make a 180-degree turn toward God. We intercede for them to make morally upright choices. – 2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.
Our children and grandchildren-We ask God to continue the legacy of faith He began in us and extend it to our children and grandchildren. We ask Him to raise up mighty men and women of God within our families.
Everyone on the call this morning-We pray God supplies your spiritual and material needs in an unexpected way. We pray you have a day of peace and rest, and for the things you need to do today to get completed with ease. – Psalm 71:5 For you have been my hope, O Sovereign LORD, my confidence since my youth.
