Preachers -We pray for the Holy Spirit to empower them to speak boldly, be protected from the enemy and for the word of God to advance without hindrance. – Ephesians 6:19 Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel.

Those who need a door to open for them-We pray for a door to open for spiritual rest, for jobs, for financial relief, and for healthy relationships. – Psalm 41:2-3  “The Lord protects and preserves them—they are counted among the blessed in the land—he does not give them over to the desire of their foes.  The Lord sustains them on their sickbed and restores them from their bed of illness.”

Those seeking housing-We call upon God to divinely intervene and make housing available with no struggle. – Matthew 21:22 “And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.”

Those attending worship service today-We pray for those in attendance to be uplifted by the word and grow as a result. – Psalm 119:11 I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.

Those needing to speak up for what is right-We pray for your choices to be influenced by God’s Word. – Psalm 103:4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies.

All those who lack courage to apply God’s Word-We pray for you to have the boldness to step out on faith. –  Listen to advice and accept instruction, and in the end you will be wise. Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails. (NIV 1984) Proverbs 19:20-21

Those who are sole providers for their family-We pray God’s favor overflows in their lives as they work to provide their families’ needs. – Psalms 33:20-22 Our soul waits for the LORD; he is our help and our shield. For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name.  Let your steadfast love, O LORD, be upon us, even as we hope in you.

Everyone on the call this morning-We ask the Holy Spirit to aid you in advancing the kingdom of God today. We pray for you to recognize opportunities to pour into someone and for God’s presence to be with you. – Psalm 138:3, “In the day when I cried out, You answered me, and made me bold with strength in my soul.” (NKJV)
