Antoine M-We pray for spiritual wisdom in making decisions, spiritual growth in the things of God and for revelation knowledge of God’s word. – Isaiah 11:2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.
Nina-We are believing the Lord for salvation for her life. – “You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head.” Psalm 139:5 (NLT)
Ada-We ask God to strengthen her spirit as she deals with life as a young adult. We pray for the Lord to make her path straight and help her reach her spiritual and employment goals. – Psalm 90:17 May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us – yes, establish the work of our hands.
Those preaching today-We pray God speaks a powerful and life-changing Word through them, for those in attendance to receive God’s word gladly and leave the service with renewed hope and strong faith. – 2 Tim 3:14-15 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
Those hospitalized-We pray for the Lord to cover them during their healing journey, keep them strong and make them whole. – (Psalms 30:2 NKJV) O LORD my God, I cried out to You, And You healed me.
Those unable to physically care for themselves-We pray for a heart of patience and gratitude as God ushers them through the healing process. We lift up caregivers to be diligent in their duties, kind, caring, and God-fearing. – Psalms 73:26 My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
Those having to change their lifestyle because of their health-We ask God to give them the right outlook, a cooperative attitude and for them to embrace their new daily routine. – Proverbs 2:6, “For the LORD gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.” (NIV)
Everyone in the call this morning-We ask God to give you patience, peace of mind and a joy-filled spirit. We ask Him to cut a path for your affairs to go smoothly and for His hand to be clearly seen as you go about your day. – Psalm 4:8 – In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, O LORD, will keep me safe.
