Rev. John M of Oregon-We appeal to God to reveal Himself to John in a clearer way and for him to grow in God’s will and His power. – John 17:17 Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.

The young husband who needs to forgive his father-in-law-We ask the Lord to help this young man release all resentment and extend true forgiveness to his father-in-law, just as God have so graciously forgiven him. – “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.”  (Ephesians 4:32, NKJV)

Those preaching today-We lift those who are delivering God’s word to be empowered by the Spirit of God to preach the truth boldly and freely. We pray for their spirits to be strengthened and their bodies to remain strong. – Hebrews 10:35-36 So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.

Those attending worship service-We intercede for your deepest spiritual needs to be satisfied, for any concerns to be replaced with peace, and for you to have a confident hope in the ability of God to move mountains out of your way. – Psalm 63;1 You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water.

Those with unspoken needs-We pray you continue in patience and perseverance with the expectation that God will supply all your needs in excess. – Psalms 33:20-22 Our soul waits for the LORD; he is our help and our shield. For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name.  Let your steadfast love, O LORD, be upon us, even as we hope in you.
