Mike-He has received an unfavorable diagnosis. We pray for effective doctors, medical staff and for proper treatment. We also pray that he be healed 100% and that God will be glorified. – (Isaiah 58:8 NKJV) Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.

Latoria, Carolyn, Audrey and Journey-We lift them in prayer. – Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

LaVonda W of South Florida-She is hospitalized for respiratory issues. We pray for the Lord to grant her relief and heal her body. – Jeremiah 30:17, ESV For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord.

Yvonne L of Georgia, Dedra’s oldest sister -She was taken off life support yesterday. We pray for the Lord to comfort her and the family and cover them with His love. – Psalm 34:18 The Lord is near to the broken-hearted, and saves the crushed in spirit. (NRSV)

Those who are not motivated to work-We ask God to endow them with a good work ethic, with a dependable character, and with the will to live a decent and responsible life. – Proverbs 4:26 Give careful thought to the path for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways.

Those living with guilt and regret-We pray for God to show them how to forgive themselves and for them to be set free from the bondage of self-condemnation. – Romans 8:1-2 says, “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death” (NIV). This verse reminds us that no matter what has happened in our lives, or what we have or have not done, God loves and values us unconditionally.

Generational Curses-We petition God for all strongholds to be destroyed and for the spirit of God to rest upon those who are being held captive and deliver them from all manner of vices. – Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring.

Everyone on the call-We pray for God’s Word to light up your spirit, for His promises to keep you encouraged, and for His presence to keep your faith strong. –  Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. (Psalm 61:1)
