The lady who is hospitalized and the doctors have not come to a conclusive diagnosis-The kidney biopsy that was scheduled for yesterday was moved to today. We pray for the Lord to reveal to the doctors the root cause of her symptoms, the right course to restore her health, and for her to be healed. – Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. (2 Thessalonians 3:16)
Kevin R-We trust God to break strongholds and grant him permanent deliverance. – 2 Corin. 10:5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. (NIV)
Roy C-We pray for salvation and deliverance to a life that honors the Lord. – III John 1:2 says: “Beloved I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”
Fast Food Workers-We pray for them to maintain a spirit of excellence in their service, and for them to remain faithful, patient and pleasant as they work through their shift. – Joel 2:23 Be glad, people of Zion, rejoice in the Lord your God, for he has given you the autumn rains because he is faithful. He sends you abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before.
Those who are on probation-We ask God to guard their going out and their coming in and to protect them from the influences of the evil one. – 2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.
Smokers who desire to Quit-We ask for the inner strength to stop smoking and for them to be healed of any damage to their body. – 1 Corin 10:13 ESV No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
Young People with no self-confidence-We pray for obedience to God and parents, for them to realize their self-value to God and for them to grow in wisdom and confidence. – “My children heed their parent’s instruction and give attention to know understanding.” (Proverbs 4:1; 13:1) – Isaiah 49:25: God will contend with him who contends with me, and He will save my children.
Our High School, College and Young Adults Children-We pray our children are guided by the moral compass we instilled in them, for their hearts and minds to be guarded from the enemy and for their decisions to be Bible-based. – Jeremiah 30:20 Their children will be as in days of old, and their community will be established before me.
Everyone on the call this morning-We lift you to be engulfed in God’s peace. We pray for you to see Him moving in the little things and for you to keep moving forward by His power. – Job 10:12 You have granted me life and lovingkindness; And Your care has preserved my spirit.
