Tyrell S-We pray he grows deeper in the things of God and for the Lord to transform him into a strong spiritual leader for his family. – “Yet you, LORD, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.” Isaiah 64:8 (NIV)

Joseph T-We pray for the peace of God to rest on his spirit, mind and soul. And we ask for his needs to be met. – Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.” (Isaiah 30:21, NIV)

All those with thoughts of harming themselves-We pray God grants them mental healing grace and for the enemy to release control of their thoughts. We pray for their sadness to turn into joy. – Psalm 56:9 The very day I call for help, the tide of battle turns. My enemies flee! This one thing I know: God is for me! (TLB)

Ministers in training-We ask God to grow their faith, develop their knowledge and perfect their understanding. – 1 Corin 2:4-5 And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, 5 that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.

All those working to close on business transactions-We pray that God lays His hands upon all parties involved, for faith and patience as transactions are negotiated and for God to be glorified through it all. – Prov 13:11 He that gathers by labor shall increase.

Those who are on probation-We ask God to guard their going out and their coming in and to protect them from the influences of the evil one. – 2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.

Those who are sole providers for their family-We pray God’s favor overflows in their lives as they work to provide their families’ needs. – Psalms 33:20-22 Our soul waits for the LORD; he is our help and our shield. For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name.  Let your steadfast love, O LORD, be upon us, even as we hope in you.

Everyone on the call this morning-We pray for your spirit and your body to be strong, for your home to be a safe refuge from the pressures of the world, and for your family to be covered by God’s grace. – Deut 31:8 “The LORD is the one who goes ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”
