Stephan R-We pray he will come to know the love of God through Christ. – 1 Thessalonians 5:9-11 For God has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us so that whether we are awake or asleep we might live with him. Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.
Pam A and those faced with making a decision about a divisive family situation-We pray for the Spirit of God to create the environment, the words and the solution to get the situation under control. – Isa 60:1 “Arise, shine for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.”
Richard W of Miami-He is at the hospital with chest pain. We pray for the correct diagnosis and treatment and for him to be completely healed. – Psalms 138:3 On the day I called, you answered me; my strength of soul you increased.
Caesar H, Jr.-We pray for his eyes to be properly treated and for the Lord to relieve the discomfort and heal him. – (Psalms 30:2 NKJV) O LORD my God, I cried out to You, And You healed me.
Sariya, 4 years old-She is hospitalized with asthma. We ask the Lord to relieve her symptoms, heal her body and return her to the comfort of her home. – Psalm 91:16 With long life I will satisfy him and show him My salvation.
Those with Alzheimer’s and other diseases that affect the brain-We ask God to lead researchers to a cure and give patients relief from the symptoms, good days and restful nights. We also pray for caregivers to be empowered to keep moving forward. – Jeremiah 30:17 (NLT) “I will give you back your health and heal your wounds,” says the Lord.
Those in our circle who are in need of salvation-We pray for the Holy Spirit to prick hearts and bring salvation, holiness and wholeness to those who do not know Christ and the power of His resurrection. – 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.
Those who are disappointed in the outcome of a situation-We pray for God’s presence and his love to overshadow your feelings of despair. – Isa 61:7 Instead of your shame there shall be a double portion; instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their lot; therefore in their land they shall possess a double portion; they shall have everlasting joy.
Senior adults living alone-We pray for the Lord to protect them and their dwelling, grant them contentment in their spirit, and keep them close today and every day. – Proverbs 3:5-12 Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; He’s the one who will keep you on track. Don’t assume that you know it all. Run to God!
Blended Families-We request that God shows them how to keep lines of communication open, for productive discussions, and peace in the family unit. – Romans 15:5 May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had.
Everyone on the call-We ask God to give you understanding, direct your path, and work things out in your favor. – Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.
