Keena and all those who are sick among us-We pray for total healing of your body, for your mind to be strong and your spirit at peace. – Psalm 107:20 He sent His Word, healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
Pam A of Atlanta-She is under doctor’s care for inflammation in her eye. We pray for a breakthrough in eliminating the infection and healing her of the condition. – Psalm 119:114 You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word. (NIV)
Isaac, 11 years old-We lift him for sound decision making, for God’s guiding light to lead him, and for him to be kept safe at school. – Psalm 119:130 The unfolding of your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.
Imani-We pray for the Lord to have mercy on her, deliver her from the bad relationship, and focus her on nurturing her relationship with Christ and caring for herself. – John 17:15, “My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one.” (NIV)
Those who cannot kick the drug addiction habit-We pray for the Lord to surround those who struggle with addiction with His strength, lift them above every temptation and every chain that holds them. We ask God to fill their hearts with hope, courage, and the assurance that freedom is possible through His mighty power. – “For whom the Son sets free, he is free indeed.” — John 8:36 (NKJV)
Single Parents-We call upon God to give them peace, to grant them contentment with their state of singleness, and for God to bless them and their household in a mighty and powerful way. – Proverbs 36:7 How precious is your lovingkindness, O God! And the children of men take refuge in the shadow of your wings.
Widows, Orphans and the Homeless-We plead with God for His security and His provision to cover them. – Psalm 59:16 But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.
Everyone on the call this morning-We pray you go about your day as if God has His hands upon you, remain empowered at every turn, and keep Christ at the forefront of your thoughts and actions. – Prov 3:26 For the LORD will be your confidence And will keep your foot from being caught.
