All those in the path of Hurricane Melissa-We are praying for safety and peace. – Psalm 57:1 “Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me, for in you my soul takes refuge; in the shadow of your wings I will take refuge, until the destroying storms pass by.”
Our Government-We pray for unity in our nation, for the government to find resolution, and for every worker affected by the shutdown to have their needs graciously met through God’s divine provision. – Psalm 3:3-5 But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high. I call out to the Lord, and he answers me from his holy mountain. I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me.
Sister to Sister Women’s Conference Retreat-We are praying for an atmosphere of glory, miracles and healing of women in their spirits, their emotions and their bodies. We pray for the budget to be met in excess and for the Lord to anoint those who are ministering with power from on high. – Ephesians 1:11 Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything work out according to his plan.
Those whose loved ones are in hospice-We pray for God’s peace which surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and their mind in Christ Jesus. – Phil 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Victims of the mass shooting Yesterday-We pray for comfort, healing, and peace for all affected by the tragic workplace shooting in Tennessee, and for God’s presence to bring light in this time of deep sorrow. – You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Isaiah 26:3
Residents of Central Florida-We ask the Lord to bring swift relief, shelter, and peace to all affected by the floods in Central Florida and surround them with His comforting presence. – Psalm 119:114 You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word. (NIV)
Generational Curses-We plead the blood of Jesus over all generational curses in our families. We petition God for all strongholds to be destroyed, and for the spirit of God to rest upon us and our descendants. – Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring.
Everyone on the call-We pray for the Lord to refresh your spirit and renew your strength as you go about your daily business. – The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace. (Psalm 29:11).
